Over the years I have come across people who for some reason or another cannot get access to a gym, maybe its too far away maybe they cant afford it anymore because life gets in the way...when it throws you a curve ball or 2 in short order.
Deflated and depressed, they give up because the gym and weight lifting is what they are most familiar with to build their strength and muscle so they have to wait for life to get back on track or in "order" again before they can get back to a gym...because its all they have ever known, imagine there were no obstacles to your strength development, and when life throws curveballs at you, you could still train no matter what, to keep the mind & body focused and disciplined, allowing you to retain control over the fitness part of your life anytime... completely unhindered all while building incredible strength...

Once you have reached step 10, there is always somewhere to go, we could add a weight vest and go through the steps again to develop insane amounts of strength.

The course is divided into 3 easy to digest sections...

I. Theory

Covered in the theory section, is a quick intro to the pushup, training tips & guides before we jump into the practical part of the course to really start building strength, gaining functional power & sculpting the physique...we cover some best practices, benefits, breathing and movement, including speed and pace.
We cover the weight lifting equivalent of the pushup, the benchpress, and discuss the pros and cons, compared to the pushup movements. 


II. Practical

Ok, no more excuses...section II covers every single step...designed to get the most out of shape person into a seasoned & disciplined athlete in charge of their own physical destiny...
This is where you decide to achieve greatness, the one arm pushup is no easy feat to accomplish, hell even step 8 and 9 are tricky...if you put the time in, the one arm pushup strength you know you owe yourself...is coming your way kid, its coming to a set of triceps & pecs near you and soon.

When its all said and done and at the end of the road...will you be one of people who had the mental fortitude, the sheer willpower, the determination of a warrior, to see this through to the final step?.
Because if you do your strength will rival that of an elite strength athlete, your chest and triceps will radiate an aura which commands respect.
Its not an aesthetic you will develop in your average gym, lifting weights, performing isolation exercises.
Why?...because we are developing muscle chains instead of the muscles on their own, 
we are building the connections between the chain or groups of muscles, instead of the muscles on an individual level.
A body aesthetic built for strength is much different to a body aesthetic which results from building muscle alone.

If we use the analogy of an internet connection...
Imagine for a moment...If we look at bodybuilding as an internet connection, the muscle is the length of wire which we are laying down so we can get internet further and further away...it is the distance we can access the internet from...

Now if we use this same analogy for strength building, which is what calisthenics is...
We are increasing the quality of the cable not the length, another way of putting it is, we are increasing the speed of the internet connection, instead of putting down another 10 miles of cable in length we are increasing the density of the cable. The pathways being the human nervous system.

This is what is taking place during strength development, this same analogy of cable, is what is taking place in the body, it is increasing the capacity or amount of energy which can be sent from the brain to the body, 
movement is carried through neurological connection, we are increasing the connection speed between the brain and the nervous system
causing more neurological connections to fire and form, to tap into the body in a different type of way, delivering major increases in speed, power, agility and strength, not size.

Having said that if it is size and mass aka hypertrophy or muscle building you are looking for, this can also be done with these steps.
With no equipment regardless.
They can even be blended together to constitute hybrid training.
